A new homepage redesign

I got tired of that old bored ass design, so I decided to make a new one. This time using HTML4, tables and a "bit" of CSS.
Nothing special, just the same thing as the previous one because I've run out of ideas for better web designs. Altho I think this one looks much better than I was thinking in mind.
Hope it doesn't look so fucking bad on old browsers (actually RetroZilla)...
EDIT: Nope, it doesn't looks bad but only if you're using a 800x600 resolution.

And talking about web designs, since yesterday I was thinking about redesigning lagomorph.monster's website to something less modern (I also checked that site on RetroZilla and it looks so broken as hell, I guess because it doesn't support modern CSS flexs).

BTW, I just found out that for some reason SeaMonkey uses Sans-Serif fonts by default instead of Serif ones, which is why it used to use Arial instead of the classic Times New Roman on default pages. Yes, two years later to discover that. Check your settings if you have the same thing as I had.
