NINA used to be a cool and interesting project focused on reviving AIM, Yahoo! Messenger, ICQ and even the AOL desktop software.
Unfortunately, seems like that they received a DMCA or something like that from Yahoo and because of some type of drama that happened on their Discord, they just decided to shut down everything days ago.

RIP 2020 - 2025 =(

Anyways, if you're finding a "AIM/OSCAR service", you can self-host one with https://github.com/mk6i/retro-aim-server or you can try Chivanet's own AIM server (I just discovered this one on a YT video lol, haven't tried it tho): https://chivanet.org/aim
